SECURE MESH SYSTEM
Heavy Duty Build Quality
DEFENDOOR custom made security hinged and sliding screen doors are manufactured from a heavy-duty aluminium frame containing an internal vertical mound and fitted with ABRA woven steel security mesh.
Three heavy duty steel hinges are riveted to Security Hinged Screen Door frames with 3/16 rivets.
Four heavy duty rollers with stainless steel bearings are fitted to Sliding Security Doors.
Exceeds Australian Standards
To avoid metal to metal contact, thereby minimising corrosion, specifically developed tape is attached to the perimeter of the mesh.
The mesh is folded to 90 degrees and installed into the frame behind the vertical mound which allows the door to receive extensive impacts without yielding.
A locking wedge is then installed to secure mesh to frame.
ABRA woven steel security mesh has exceeded the Australian standard for salt water tests, knife shear tests, pull tests, hinge level and longevity tests.
Exceeds Australian Test Standards
Withstands all impact tests as well salt water tests, knife shear tests, pull tests,hinge level and longevity tests. All tests conducted by independent NATA laboratory.

Single Lock - Standard
ABRA CUB single deadlock with 4-pin cylinder fitted as standard to both Hinged and Sliding Screen Doors.

CUB Triple Lock upgrades available;simultaneously lock all three lock tongues with internal snib locking for fast key-less exit.

ABRA Security Steel Woven Mesh
ABRA woven steel security mesh mesh is extensively tested for dynamic impact, knife shear, salt spray, hinge and lever tests by an independent NATA accredited facility.
ABRA Steel Mesh also meets the requirements for construction in bush fire prone areas.

DEFENDOOR Security Frame
Heavy duty aluminium extruded door frame 20 mm x 75 mm.
The DEFENDOOR Security Door Frame has been engineered with a vertical mound into which the mesh is folded at 90 degrees on all sides, allowing the door to receive extensive impacts without yielding.
